Recommendation of the Public Safety & Licensing Committee on 5-24-10: That the following owners/agents be requested to appear at the next meeting due to citations for selling alcohol to underage persons: Total 24, 930 Washington Avenue; La Tapitia, 1951 Mead Street; AD United Petroleum, 1917 Sixteenth Street; Taylor Mart, 1813 Taylor Avenue and that a 12 month History report be available for each site. That the owner/agent for Total 24, 930 Washington Avenue be requested to appear at the next meeting due to recent incidents and the balance of the report to be Received and Filed.
That the matter of Park 6, 500 Sixth Street be referred to a due process hearing based on the number of police calls including recent incidents to determine whether the license should be revoked or suspended.
