Title: 1909 Summit Avenue Resolved, that the request by Marvin Letven representing RUGN (Racine Urban Garden Network) for a conditional use permit to operate a Community Garden at Emmaus Lutheran Church, 1909 Summit Avenue is approved, subject to the following conditions: a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on May 30, 2012, be approved subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That the garden and its operations shall be the responsibility of the RUGN, Emmaus Lutheran Church, the individual plot growers, and subject to the rules and regulations established in this conditional use approval and RUGN. c. That no outdoor storage of supplies, materials, or equipment shall be allowed. d. That all trash and debris shall be removed from the site on a daily basis. e. That no minors shall be on-site without adult supervision as noted above, and shall not be on-site before dawn or after dusk on any occasion. f. Resolved, that the request by Marvin Letven representing RUGN (Racine Urban Garden Network) for a conditional use permit to operate a Community Garden at Emmaus Lutheran Church, 1909 Summit Avenue is approved, subject to the following conditions:
 
a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on May 30, 2012, be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.
b.  That the garden and its operations shall be the responsibility of the RUGN, Emmaus Lutheran Church, the individual plot growers, and subject to the rules and regulations established in this conditional use approval and RUGN.
c.  That no outdoor storage of supplies, materials, or equipment shall be allowed.
d.  That all trash and debris shall be removed from the site on a daily basis.
e.  That no minors shall be on-site without adult supervision as noted above, and shall not be on-site before dawn or after dusk on any occasion.
f.  That access to the site shall be via public ways, or established areas within the site only. No trespassing through other properties shall be permitted at any time to access the garden plots.
g.  That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission and no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Common Council.
h.  That this permit is subject to Plan Commission review for compliance with the listed conditions.
