Title: Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to enter into a lease agreement with Root-Pike Watershed Initiative Network for office space in Room 114 at City Hall Annex Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a lease agreement with the Root-Pike Watershed Initiative Network for 600 square feet in Room 114 at the City Hall Annex at a rate of $3.96 per square foot. The term of the lease will be June 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 with annual renewals. Further resolved, that should it be necessary to construct a wall in order to allow leasing the remaining portion of this area, that the Root-Pike Watershed Initiative Network bear the expense not-to-exceed $500.00. Fiscal Note: This rental agreement will result in $1,386.00 of additional revenue to the City of Racine in 2010.
