Further recommend that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to execute the amendment on behalf of the City of Racine. Fiscal Note: The current agreement will not change and the 2008 Belle Urban System budget will not be affected. The amendment will obligate the City for two more years of contract management of the Belle Urban System.
