Resolved, that Change Order No. 1 on Contract 20-07 (K7-023), Local Road Improvement Program, Cornerstone Pavers LLC, contractor, as submitted, be approved to provide a time extension until August 3, 2007, to complete this contract.
Further resolved, that failure to reach substantial completion by August 3, 2007 will result in an increased liquidated damage penalty of $600.00 per day.
Fiscal Note: There will be no change in contract price as a result of this change order.
