To amend the map of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Racine.
The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:
Part 1:
That the properties located at 2218 and 2226 Douglas Avenue, and more particularly described as follows:“Begin at a point along the west line of Douglas Avenue which is 190.37 feet south of the intersection of the south line of Layard Avenue; thence travel westerly 115.89 feet; thence travel southerly 161 feet to a point 105.4 feet west of the west line of Douglas Avenue; travel thence easterly to said west line; travel thence northerly along said line to the point of beginning of this description. Said land being in the City of Racine, Racine County, Wisconsin,”
be rezoned from “I-1” Restricted Industrial District, to “B-3” General Commercial District, and designated as Supplement No. ______, which Supplement is hereby made a part of this ordinance.
Part 2:
This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
