Recommendation of the Public Safety and Licensing Committee on 3-21-11: Committee members requested that the owner of Pump and Pantry, 1826 Douglas Avenue be requested to appear at the next meeting to discuss incidents of after hours liquor sales and a history report be prepared from the date of the current agent/owner assuming responsibility.
Mr. Fair of The Place on Sixth be requested to appear at the next meeting to address incident on 3-5-11 as well as large crowds/fights outside his establishment and over capacity issues.
Committee members requested Investigator Stillman check video footage for the incident on 3-5-11 for The Place on Sixth, 509 Sixth Street as well as the video footage for 3-10-11 for All Sports, 3458 Rapids Drive and report back to committee any findings from those incidents and the balance of the report be received and filed.
