AGREEMENT WITH GREEN VALLEY DISPOSAL

RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Green Valley Disposal, Racine, WI, for the provision of 30 yard roll off containers for the operation of the Pearl Street Facility at a cost of $200 per pull, plus fuel and environmental fees which are adjusted monthly based on the Midwest Index for Diesel Fuel. The base rate of $200 per pull will be adjusted annually using the Midwest Urban Consumers CPI Index.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funds to defray the cost of this agreement are available in Account 288.000.5610, Professional Services.
Fiscal Note
Fiscal Note: Funds are available as herein delineated. This agreement will become null and void for any such reason that the City of Racine decides not to operate the Pearl Street Facility for the dumping of bulky solid waste materials.
