That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained from the Building Inspection Department. 4. That all trash and recyclables be stored in closed containers and screened from view. 5. Resolved, that the request by Kenneth Brown seeking a conditional use permit for a ground floor residence in a B-4 central business district in the rear (western 40 +/- feet) of the building located at 334 Main Street is approved subject to the following conditions:

 

1. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on March 30, 2016, be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.

 

2. That as a condition of occupancy, all outstanding legal issues related to this residential use be addressed with the City Attorney’s Office, the Municipal Court or other legal jurisdiction having standing.
