That continued compliance be maintained with this approval and the approved maintenance plan. d. That no minor changes be made to the conditions of this approval without the review and approval of the Director of City Development, and no major changes be made without the approval of the Downtown Area Design Review Commission. e. Recommendation of the Downtown Area Design Review on 6-7-07: That the plans submitted by Dennis, Miguel and Yvette Rea of Valasquez & Sons Mufflers For Less for a landscape plan at 915 Washington Avenue be approved, subject to the following conditions:

 

a.                     That the plans presented to the Downtown Area Design Review Commission on  June 7, 2007 be approved subject to the following conditions.

 

b.                     That the following be completed by July 31, 2007. 

                     1.                     The landscaping be installed.

                     2.                     Landscaping maintenance plan submitted for the review and approval of the Director of  City Development.                      

 

c.                     That continued compliance be maintained with this approval and the approved maintenance plan.

 

d.                     That no minor changes be made to the conditions of this approval without the review and approval of the Director of City Development, and no major changes be made without the approval of the Downtown Area Design Review Commission.

 

e.                     That plans for the block retaining wall be presented to the Director of City Development for review and approval.
