Subject: Communication sponsored by Alder Horton, on behalf of the Transit and Mobility Director and the City Attorney, requesting permission to enter into a Consent and Novation Agreement assigning rights and obligations under the existing Kenosha-Racine-Milwaukee commuter bus purchased transportation agreement with the City of Racine from Wisconsin Bus Lines, Inc., to Wisconsin Transit Lines, LLC doing business as Coach USA Wisconsin.
Transit Commission Recommendation: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to execute a Consent and Novation Agreement.
