RESOLVED, that the 2006 monthly health insurance allocation charged to retirees paying 100% of their benefits be established as follows:
SINGLE: first quarter $305.47 per month, second quarter $341.22 per month, third quarter $376.98 per month and fourth quarter $412.73 per month;
BOTH OVER 65: first quarter $609.47 per month, second quarter $678.72 per month, third quarter $747.96 per month and fourth quarter $817.21 per month;
ONE OVER 65 AND ONE UNDER 65: first quarter $731.36 per month, second quarter $830.06 per month, third quarter $928.75 per month and fourth quarter $1,027.45 per month.

Fiscal Note: Amounts paid by these individuals will help offset health insurance costs incurred by the City.
