Title: Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to enter into a 2-party agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for a connecting Highway Change-Hamilton Street/Douglas Avenue (STH32), Main Street to Goold Street Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a 2-party agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for a connecting Highway Change-Hamilton Street/Douglas Avenue (STH32), Main Street to Goold Street, State Project ID: 2350-00-00/70, be approved in the amount of $7,320,000.00 with the City’s share being 50%, or $3,660,000.00 and the State’s share being 50%, or $3,660,000.00. Further resolved, that funding to defray the City’s share of this project will be provided in the 2011-2015 Capital Improvement Program. Fiscal Note: Funds are available as herein delineated.
