Sewer and water main easement on Loni Lane and Regency West Drive be approved, and Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into the easement agreement
Resolved, that the sewer and water main easement on Loni Lane and Regency West Drive be approved.
Further resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Easement over that part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 23, Township 3 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Racine, Racine County, Wisconsin, bounded as follows: Commence at a point on the South line of said Section 23 located S 89o25’49” W 475.84 feet from the Southeast corner of said section; run thence N 01o45’14” W 61.01 feet to the North line of S.T.H. “11”; thence S 89o25’49” W 849.15 feet along said North line to the W line of the East ½ of the Southeast ¼ of said section; thence N 01o45’07” W 1780.17 feet along said West line; thence N 89o29’55” E 6.5 feet to the point of beginning of this description; run thence N 01o45’07” W 20.00 feet; thence N 89o29’55” E 379.33 feet; thence N 01o45’14” W 396.06 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the right of westerly convexity whose radius is 473.00 feet and whose chord bears N 11o20’36” E 214.37 feet; thence northerly 216.24 feet along the arc of said curve; thence N 24o26’26” E 55.16 feet to the South line of 21st Street and a point on a curve to the left of southwesterly convexity whose radius is 433.00 feet and whose chord bears S 56o20’19” E 7.38 feet; thence southeasterly 7.38 feet along the arc of said curve and said South line to the point of curvature of a curve to the right of northeasterly convexity whose radius is 15.00 feet and whose chord bears S 16o11’39” E 19.54 feet; thence southeasterly, southerly and southwesterly 21.28 feet along the arc of said curve and said South line to the West line of Loni Lane; thence S 24o26’26” W 39.15 feet along said West line...
