Title: Conditional Use Permit be granted for a church at 3308 Washington Avenue Resolved, that the request from Francisca Pastoressa representing Ministerio de Restauracion (Ministry of Restoring), seeking a Conditional Use Permit for a church at 3308 Washington Avenue be approved, subject to the following conditions: a. That the plans presented to the Access Corridor Development Review Committee on October 22, 2009 and the Plan Commission on October 28, 2009 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired. c. That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained from the Building Inspection Department. d. That the applicant work with staff from the Department of City Development to select an appropriate exterior paint scheme and window treatments. e. Resolved, that the request from Francisca Pastoressa representing Ministerio de Restauracion (Ministry of Restoring), seeking a Conditional Use Permit for a church at 3308 Washington Avenue be approved, subject to the following conditions:
 
a.      That the plans presented to the Access Corridor Development Review Committee on October 22, 2009 and the Plan Commission on October 28, 2009 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.  
 
b.      That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired.  
 
c.      That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained from the Building Inspection Department.  
 
d.      That the applicant work with staff from the Department of City Development to select an appropriate exterior paint scheme and window treatments.  
 
e.      That all trash and recyclables be stored in closed containers and screened from view.  
 
f.      That all signs be professionally made, comply with the zoning ordinance requirements, and be submitted to the Director of City Development for review and approval.  
 
g.      That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired.  
 
h.      That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Access Corridor Development Review Committee, and no major change be made from the conditions of this permit without the review of the Plan Commission and approval of the Common Council.  
 
i.      That this permit is subject to review by the Access Corridor Development Review Committee and /or Plan Commission for compliance with the listed conditions.
