RELATING TO ALDERMANIC DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
Recommendation: That Ordinance No. 29-05 be adopted.

Body
To amend Secs. 2-37(3) and 2-38(2) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Aldermanic District Boundaries - Aldermanic district no. 1 and Aldermanic district no. 2.
The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:
Part 1:
Sec. 2-37(3) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended in the last paragraph by deleting the phrase "Winslow School, 1325 Park Avenue" and inserting in its place, "Festival Park, 5 Fifth Street."
Part 2:
Sec. 2-38(2) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended in the last paragraph by deleting the phrase "Winslow School, 1325 Park Avenue" and inserting in its place, "Stephen Bull Fine Arts School, 815 DeKoven Avenue."
Part 3:
This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
