Reconstruct Garage at 3300 Chatham Street
Resolved, that the request of the owners of 3300 Chatham Street are granted permission and the City Attorney is authorized to draft an easement allowing the construction of a garage in the existing easement with the property owner’s acknowledgement that the City has the right to exercise the conditions of its easement to maintain its utilities including the demolition of said garage at the owner’s expense.
Fiscal Note: The property owners will be required to pay a $150.00 fee to have the easement recorded if granted.
