Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 3-29-11: That Contract 12-11 (K1-012), Sidewalk Replacement-Phase I (R1), be awarded to Standard Sidewalk, Inc., Blaine, MN, at their bid price of $457,413.00, they being the lowest responsible bidder.
Further recommends that funding to defray the cost of this public works project be appropriated from the following accounts:
