Subject: Direct Referral. Consideration of a request by Randy Musaitef of Stereo City seeking a Conditional Use Permit to operate an automobile accessories sales and installation business at 2042 Lathrop Avenue.
Recommendation: That a request by Randy Musaitef of Stereo City seeking a Conditional Use Permit to operate an automobile accessories sales and installation Business at 2042 Lathrop Avenue be approved, subject to the following conditions:
a. That the plans stamped "Received October 26, 2005" and presented to the Plan Commission on November 9, 2005 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.
b. That other auto related uses contained on the property shall also conform the conditions of approval as contained herein, with the exception of hours of operation.
c. That the maximum hours that the establishment is open to the general public be from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m Monday through Saturday, with no hours on Sunday.
d. That all aspects of the operation of all auto related facilities at this location shall be conducted indoors and may include but shall not be limited to auto repair or parts replacement or installation, equipment storage and operation, and stereos and alarm system operation or testing.
Operation and testing of stereos and alarms shall be conducted only in the two most eastern bays. Garage doors shall be closed at all times except for vehicle ingress and egress.
e. That no junked or inoperable vehicles be stored at this location and no vehicle salvage be conducted.
f. That awaiting repair or accessories installation services shall be permitted to be stored in the parking areas for no longer than 30 days. Parking of vehicles for more than 30 day is prohibited. In no case shall there be more than 10 such vehicles stored outdoor at any time. All vehicles awaiting repair or accessories installation shall be parked to the west of the building
