Title: Permission for Countryside Humane Society to connect to City of Racine Stormwater Utility Resolved, that the property owner of 2706 and 2702 Chicory Road, Countryside Humane Society, Inc., located in the Village of Mt. Pleasant, be granted permission to connect to the City of Racine storm sewer system in Chicory Road with the following stipulations: A. That all necessary permits be appropriated. B. That the property owner enter into an agreement with the City of Racine that establishes the yearly payment of the annual stormwater fee as assessed to equivalent properties within the City of Racine. C. That the property owner be charged a $50.00 fee to cover costs associated with filing this item with the Register of Deeds. Fiscal Note: The property owner would pay to the Racine Stormwater Utility a yearly charge equal to that of a non-residential property which is based upon the number of equivalent run off units.
