Ordinance No. 28-09
To amend Sec. 22-1131, Sec. 22-1146, and Sec. 22-1163(a), (b) and (c) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Stationary engineer; Definitions and Board of Examiners; Composition; appointment of members, term - Qualifications; fees; temporary license.
The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:
Part 1:
Sec. 22-1131 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by changing in the third paragraph the word “ASoPE” to read “ASOPE.”
-Part 2:
Sec. 22-1146 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by changing in the last line the word “ASoPE” to read “ASOPE.”
Part 3:
Sec. 22-1163 (a) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by changing in the first line the word “ASoPE” to read “ASOPE”; by changing in (b) the last line, the word “ASoPE” to read “ASOPE”; by changing in (c) the first sentence, the word “ASoPE” to read “ASOPE.”
Part 4:
This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
