Recommendation of the Public Safety & Licensing Committee on 1-12-09: That the item be deferred until the next meeting when the liason officer from the police department will be available to offer more information to committee members.
Recommendation of the Public Safety & Licensing Committee 1-26-09: The applicants work with the City Attorney, Alderman of the District and the Police Department to come up with an agreement which will increase public safety in and around the establishment. The agreement should also contain details of the camera system which will be used at this establishment and the agreement come before the committee at it's next meeting for review.
Recommendation of the Public Safety & Licensing Committee 2-9-09: That the item be received and filed as applicant voluntarily surrendered his license on February 2, 2009.
