EXTENSION OF TIME ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR 401 WISCONSIN AVENUE
Body
RESOLVED, that a request by Kevin Bailey seeking a minor amendment for an extension of the time limit on a Conditional Use Permit to develop a multi-family building at 401 Wisconsin Avenue having living units on the basement and ground floor levels be approved, subject to the following conditions:
a. That all conditions of approval as contained in Common Council Resolution No. 6293 of 12-21-04 be complied with unless modified herein.
b. That by December 28, 2006 this Conditional Use Permit shall have been established as defined in Chapter 114, Section 159 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine.
