Title: Permission granted to Pentecost Lutheran Church to close Jerome Boulevard between Coolidge Avenue and Case Avenue on August 21, 2010, for a church block party, subject to conditions Resolved, that Pentecost Lutheran Church be granted permission to close Jerome Boulevard, between Coolidge Avenue and Case Avenue, for an event on Saturday, August 21, 2010, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., in accordance with their request. Further resolved that permission be granted with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event. C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. D. The sponsor shall notify all abutting property owners seventy-two (72) hours in advance of this event. E. The sponsor shall pay a $250.00 special event fee. Further resolved, that the Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer and Chief of Police provide limited assistance, in the interest of public safety...

Resolved, that Pentecost Lutheran Church be granted permission to close Jerome Boulevard, between Coolidge Avenue and Case Avenue, for an event on Saturday, August 21, 2010, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., in accordance with their request.
 
Further resolved that permission be granted with the following stipulations:
 
A.  A hold harmless agreement be executed.
B.  Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event.
C.  Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor.
D.  The sponsor shall notify all abutting property owners seventy-two (72) hours in advance of this event.
E.  The sponsor shall pay a $250.00 special event fee.
