That a clear area be established along the building line of a minimum of five feet in order to meet ADA requirements. B. That any ice sculptures be set back a minimum of two feet from the back of the curb in order to meet Wisconsin Department of Transportation requirements. C. That a hold harmless agreement be filed with the City Attorney's office. D. That a Certificate of Liability Insurance be filed with the City Attorney's office.
