Staff Recommendation: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a three-party consulting engineering services agreement between the City of Racine, WisDOT, and Hardesty & Hanover LLC, for State Project ID: 2290-10-02, Structural Rehabilitation - State Street Bridge over Root River, in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,241,240.58, with the City’s share being $310,310.15 and the State’s share being $930,930.43.
