Title: Formal bidding procedures be waived for upgrading the City Hall Exhaust Fan Controls and Server, and Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to enter into an agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc., for upgrading City Hall Exhaust Controls and Server Resolved, that request to waive formal bidding procedures be approved in accordance with State Statutes that allow for the waiving of public bids for the purpose of maintaining uniformity of equipment and services. Further resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc., to upgrade controls for the HVAC equipment at City Hall and to upgrade the Metasys control system for the not-to-exceed price of $23,872.00. Further resolved, that funding to defray the cost of this public works project be appropriated from the following accounts: $15,303.00 - Account 990.100.5030, City Hall-HVAC Control Upgrades $ 8,569.00 - Account 404.000.5760, Bldg Impr-CH Exhaust Fan Control $23,87...

Resolved, that request to waive formal bidding procedures be approved in accordance with State Statutes that allow for the waiving of public bids for the purpose of maintaining uniformity of equipment and services.
 
Further resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc., to upgrade controls for the HVAC equipment at City Hall and to upgrade the Metasys control system for the not-to-exceed price of $23,872.00.
 
Further resolved, that funding to defray the cost of this public works project be appropriated from the following accounts:
