Subject: Communication sponsored by Alder McCarthy, on behalf of the Fire Chief, requesting permission for the Mayor, City Clerk and Finance Director to approve and sign the Equipment Donation Agreement between the City and Ascension All Saints, for the donation of a chemical decontamination trailer to be used with the Racine Fire Department Hazardous Materials Team.
Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 01-09-2023: That the Mayor, City Clerk, and Finance Director be authorized to approve and sign the Equipment Donation Agreement between the City and Ascension All Saints, for the donation of a chemical decontamination trailer to be used with the Racine Fire Department Hazardous Materials Team.
