The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows: Part 1: Sec. 4-31(d) of the Charter Ordinances of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by deleting the phrase ", on or before November 20" and inserting "at its second regular meeting of November" in its place. Part 2: This ordinance shall take effect 60 days after passage and publication, subject to Wis. Stat. s. 66.0101(5). To amend Sec. 4-31(d) of the Charter Ordinances of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Budget - Date of adoption.

The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:

Sec. 4-31(d) of the Charter Ordinances of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by deleting the phrase ", on or before November 20" and inserting "at its second regular meeting of November" in its place.

Part 2:

This ordinance shall take effect 60 days after passage and publication, subject to Wis. Stat. s. 66.0101(5).
