RESOLVED, that Amendment No. 2 to State Contract 2260-05-00, Kinzie Avenue, West Boulevard to Chicago Street, HNTB, consultant, as submitted, be approved. The total cost of this amendment is $12,196.95, with 80%, or $9,757.56 being the State's share, and 20%, or $2,439.39 being the city's share.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funds to defray the cost of these professional services be appropriated from Account 986.908.5080, Kinzie Avenue, West Boulevard to Chicago Street.
