Staff Recommendation: That the Mayor, City Clerk, Finance Director and Fire Chief be authorized to accept and sign the Wisconsin Emergency Management, State Urban Search and Rescue Emergency Services Agreement for the contract period of July 1, 2026 through June 20, 2028. (Grant Control # 00703). Fiscal Note: The City will receive reimbursement for training and services rendered under the agreement. Soft match on the part of the city is under $20,000 annually and is covered in the fire department budget.
