Title: Concession Services for North Beach Bath House Resolved, that concession services at the North Beach Bath House is awarded to The Benjamin Beer Company, Inc. for an initial two year term from May 1, 2017 through December 31, 2018 with an option to extend for three additional one year terms if mutually agreed to in writing by both the concessionaire and the City. Fiscal Note: The Benjamin Beer Company, Inc., will remit 15% of the gross sales in 2017 and 20% of gross sales in subsequent years. Based on prior year's sales numbers, the City anticipates approximately $8,000.00 of revenue in 2017. Lease payments from the prior vendor were $9,216.13 in 2016; $13,696.31 in 2015; $5,414.43 in 2014, and $14,073.48 in 2013.
