It is intended that the Public Safety & Licensing Committee will convene in Closed Session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(g) of the Wisconsin Statutes to confer with legal counsel concerning startegy with respect to litigation in which the City of Racine is or is likely to be involved.
Subject: Direct Referral) Communication from the City Attorney requesting to meet in closed session pursuant to sec. 19.85(1)(g), to confer with legal counsel concerning strategy with respect to: City of Racine v. Fair, et al., Racine County Case No. 12CV321.
The Public Safety & Licensing Committee reserves the right to reconvene in Open Session to take action on the Agenda Item 12-8196.
