3502 Douglas Avenue
That the request from Bryan Linstroth, representing Stein Gardens and Gifts, seeking a conditional use permit to operate a seasonal garden center at 3502 Douglas Avenue be approved, subject to the following conditions:
a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on February 29, 2012 be approved, subject to the conditions contained herein.
b. That all signs be professionally made and comply with all ordinance requirements.
c. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and all permits acquired.
d. That bathroom and hand washing facilities be available for all staff and customers.
e. That all trash and recyclables be stored in closed containers, confined within the garden sales area, and be screened from view.
f. That the grounds be cleaned of all garbage and debris on a daily basis.
g.That appropriate fire access to the main building be maintained.
h. That no minor changes to the conditions of this permit be made without the approval of the Plan Commission and no major changes made without the approval of the Common Council.
i. That this permit is subject to review by the Plan Commission for compliance with the listed conditions.
