Racine Police Association Collective Bargaining Agreement be approved for contract years 2009-2010
Resolved, that the negotiated Racine Police Association Collective Bargaining Agreement for contract years 2009-2010 be approved with the following budgetary transfers: 1) Transfer up to $128,400 of 2009 Wage Provision, 101.990.5010, in 2009 as follows: $99,280 to Police-Salaries, 101.311.5010, $20,800 to Police-Wisconsin Retirement, 101.311.5110, $7,680 to Police-FICA, 101.311.5120 and $640 to Police-Longevity, 101.311.5180. 2) Transfer up to $129,360 of 2010 Contingency, 101.990.5970, in 2010 as follows: $99,280 to Police-Salaries, 101.311.5010, $21,760 to Police-Wisconsin Retirement, 101.311.5110, $7,680 to Police-FICA, 101.311.5120 and $640 to Police-Longevity, 101.311.5180.
Fiscal Note: There are sufficient funds available in their respective budgets for the transfers; 2% increase for 2009; 0% for 2010.
