AGREEMENT FOR 2006 IT SERVICES

RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Earth Tech, Inc. for professional engineering services for the 2006 IT Services, at a cost not-to-exceed $15,000.00.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding to defray the cost of these professional services be appropriated from Account 101.130.5610, Professional Services.
Fiscal Note
Fiscal Note: This contract is for "as needed" services. If no services are required, there will be no cost to enter into this agreement.
