Board of Health's recommendation:
Recommendation: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to enter into contracts with the Villages of Elmwood Park and Wind Point for Level 1 Health Services for 2006-2008.
Fiscal Note: The cost to Elmwood Park will be $811 for 2006, $1,277 for 2007 and $1,341 for 2008. The cost to Wind Point will be $2,114 for 2006, $2,220 for 2007 and $2,331 for 2008. These costs represent a 5% increase for each of the three years.
