Recommendation of the Planning, Heritage and Design Commission on 05-04-2026: That the resolution to approving amendments to the Project Plans of Tax Incremental District Nos. 11, 13, 23, 28, and 31, the Project Plan and Boundary for Tax Incremental District No. 22; the creation, Project Plans and Boundaries for Tax Incremental Districts No. 32 and 33, be adopted.

 

Further, that the request for the closure of Tax Incremental District Nos. 10, 16, and 27 be forwarded to the Common Council for review and adoption of a resolution.
