SALE OF PROPERTY AT 1335 WEST SIXTH STREET
Body
WHEREAS, F & A Development, LLC, is in the process of redeveloping the property at 1335 West Sixth Street and F & A Development, LLC, has offered to purchase the City-owned land lying north of the north right-of-way line of Riverview Terrace, Tax ID #07324000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the request be granted and that the City sell its vacant land to F & A Development, LLC, for $15,000.00.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to execute all documents necessary for the sale of the property at 1335 West Sixth Street to F & A Development, LLC.
