2006 WELLNESS INCENTIVE PROGRAM

RESOLVED, that the 2006 Wellness Incentive program be amended by eliminating the spending cap, adding additional wellness activities and changing the payout to a $100 payment to be place in an individuals flexible spending account with Wausau for those that qualify.

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the 2006 Wellness Incentive program be adopted as amended.

Fiscal Note

Fiscal Note:$100 is to be deposited to an employee's medical spending account with Wausau for those that qualify.
