Subject: Enter into an agreement with GEMS/Harris Computer Systems for the Employee Self-Service Portal software package to integrate with HRMS and the CoR public website.
Recommendation: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an addendum agreement with GEMS/Harris Computer Systems for the City to purchase the Employee Self-Service Portal software package with the installationan costs of $5,400 and an additional $600 annual maintenace fee.
Fiscal Note: $5,400 installation cost is budgeted for in account 403.000.5820, Gems Services Expansion.
