Title
Subject: (Direct Referral) Review of building addition as submitted by Rossi Construction for the property at 1414 Layard Avenue.
Recommendation: That the building addition for Peter Ciaramita at 1414 Layard Avenue be approved, subject to the following conditions:
a. That the plans presented to the Access Corridor Development review Committee (ACDRC) on June 26, 2008 be approved, subject to the conditions contained herein:
b. That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained.
c. That signage plans be submitted to the ACDRC for review and approval.
d. That a color sample be presented to the Director of City Development for review and approval for the concrete block walls, and said walls be painted in the approved color.
e. That if there is to be vehicle parking between the face of the building addition and the sidewalk, that wheel stops be installed along the sidewalk.
f. that a revised site plans showing landscaping be submitted to the Director of City Development for approval.
g. That this approval is subject to review by the ACDRC for compliance with the listed conditions.
h. That all major changes be submitted to the ACDRC for review and approval, and that all minor change be submitted to the Director of City Development for review and approval.
