GRANT WAIVER FOR DOWNTOWN BICYCLE RACK DESIGN

RESOLVED, that the request for a waiver to the downtown bicycle rack design standards be granted to Sustainable Racine to allow the installation of "inverted U" style bicycle racks at the following locations in the following quantities:
NE corner of 7th and Main, 2 racks
NE entrance to lake Avenue parking ramp, 2 racks
SE entrance to Lake Avenue parking ramp, 2 racks
SW corner of State and Main (near Shoop parking ramp), 2 racks
700 Sixth Street (near Fire Station Museum), 1 rack; and
614 Sixth Street (near 6th Street Gym), 1 rack.
