RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to execute the necessary documents for Mitch & Marty's Citgo, 2102 Douglas Avenue to purchase the 40 ft. x 45 ft. parcel of land located at the south end of Douglas Park abutting Mitch & Marty's Citgo, 2101 Douglas Avenue, at $3.00 per square feet for a total price of $5,400.00.
Fiscal Note
The City will receive $5,400 for the sale of parcel of 40 ft. x 45 ft. parcel.
