That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on May 26, 2010 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained from the Building Inspection Department. c. That the hours the establishment is open to the general public be from 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m., seven days a week. d. That all items currently stored outside, including soda machines, ice machine, ATM, and other items be removed and/or moved into the new building. Resolved, that the request from Dan Parsons representing Inderjit Singh Ahuja, seeking a Conditional Use Permit for 5302 Washington Avenue for construction of a new convenience store, be approved subject to the following conditions:
 
a.      That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on May 26, 2010 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.
b.      That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained from the Building Inspection Department.
c.   That the hours the establishment is open to the general public be from 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m., seven days a week.  
d.   That all items currently stored outside, including soda machines, ice machine, ATM, and other items be removed and/or moved into the new building.  No outside storage, with the exception of a propane-exchange, shall be stored outdoors.  The propane storage location shall be approved administratively by the Department of City Development.
e.      The pole supporting the free standing sign shall be repainted white.
f.      That the parking lot shall be re-surfaced and striped, with curb stops installed, prior to obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy.
g.   That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission, and no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Common Council.
h.   That this permit is subject to Plan Commission review for compliance with the listed conditions.
i.      That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired.
