RESOLVED, that Change Order No. 2 on Contract 21-05 (K5-028), Maiden Lane Storm Sewer Improvements, Willkomm Excavating and Grading, contractor, as submitted, be approved in the amount of $4,283.98.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding to defray the cost of this change order be appropriated from Account 104.984.5400, Maiden Lane Detention Pond.
