Title: Further removal of street lights Resolved, that the City will retain the two (2) street lights on Jerome Boulevard that were recommended for removal and will accept a donation from Karl Fuller to cover the costs for service for the 2012 budget year. The provision will sunset one year from adoption date. Further resolved, that if the resident decides not to continue his donation to retain these lights, the lights will be removed. Fiscal Note: The cost of operating these lights is $335.04 for 2012 and will be covered by the donation. Funds to be deposited in Account 101.590.6930, Street Lighting Revenue.
