The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:

Chapter 50, Sec. 50-66(b) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin is hereby amended by deleting in the first sentence "66.601(16)" and inserting "66.0627(2)" in its place.

Part 2:

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
