AGREEMENT FOR 2006 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT INSPECTIONS

 

Body

RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Earth Tech, Inc. for professional engineering services for the 2006 Pavement Management Inspections, at a cost not-to-exceed $82,620.00.

 

Further recommends that funding to defray the cost of these professional services be appropriated from Account 101.130.5610, Professional Services.
