Title: Permission to close Gideon Court and abutting alleys for a special event on August 13, 2011, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Resolved, that Ernestina Martinez, 1021 Gideon Court, be granted permission to close Gideon Court and butting alleys, on Saturday, August 13, 2011, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., for a private party. Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. A liability insurance certificate be filed prior to this event. C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. D. The sponsor shall notify all abutting property owners seventy-two (72) hours in advance of this event. E. The sponsor shall pay a $250.00 special event fee. F. $50 processing fee to be paid. Further resolved, that the Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer and Chief of Police provide limited assistance, in the interest of public safety, to implement this event. Resolved, that Ernestina Martinez, 1021 Gideon Court, be granted permission to close Gideon Court and butting alleys, on Saturday, August 13, 2011, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., for a private party.
 
Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations:
